Raspberry pie with vanilla ice cream



Here is a recipe for Raspberry pie. My family is addicted to the stuff. You must try (;
Ingredients:
1 double crust
4 c. raspberries
1 c. white sugar (I use 1/2 c. - we like it tart)
1 T. corn starch
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. salt
Instructions:
Mix together raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt until covered
Pour into 9 or 10-inch crust. Dot with butter and top with crust.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then at 375 for 25 minutes.
***Serve with vanilla ice cream***
